Magda Stobińska-Kelham has over 15 years experience in business management, design and delivery of trainer-led business solutions. Magda worked for the international organisations in Poland and Czech Republic prior to her work on the change management and cross-cultural leadership development programs for the consulting and training companies in Poland, Ukraine and Germany. Magda's scope of expertise includes the use of the licensed psychometric tools, such as International Profiler and W.E.R.T. In her assignments, she brings together a range of learning techniques to assist in the development of individuals, groups and organizations in the multicultural change environment.

Magda holds a MA degree; she is also CPP qualified and a Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development(Assoc. CIPD). She is fluent in Polish, English and Russia

Howard Kelham has over 20 years experience in managing projects on the international market with a special interest in Eastern European regions. He is an expert in advising clients on proper management solutions, implementation and completion of projects, project team management, especially in building and real estate development industry. His professional background and work experience helps clients to attain a smooth transitions and understanding of needs, expectations and limitations of "Eastern and Western approach" to business. As a partner in Kelham Group, Howard assures the smooth running of even the most complex consultancy and training programs for our clients. Howard is a Member of the Association of Project Management.

Associate:

Beata Wożniak-Zabuska has over 15 years experience in sales and marketing. She started her career as Marketing Specialist for Volvo Bus Polska and PR Specialist for Nissan Poland, where she actively contributed to the creation of its brand awareness on the Polish market. Beata continued her career in sales working for the sole distributor of Oxford University Press in Poland, where she was responsible for the market development in the designated region. In addition to her MA in Polish literature and BA in English Language Teaching, Beata is a licensed Business Trainer who specializes in sales, negotiation and presentation training workshops. She has also developed a number of training products including language skills trainings for business organizations. Beata is fluent in Polish and English.
